This new type of 3-axis special-purpose machine tool employs PLC programming technology and a servo system for execution, primarily controlled by electric operation with hydraulic support. It uses a touchscreen input setting, and the actuator consists of a servo system and ball screws. The equipment is easy to operate and achieves a machining accuracy of ±0.05. The improved machining accuracy allows for better design specifications for the idler rollers, providing equipment assurance for reducing axial movement.

The entire system boasts a high degree of automation, achieving full automation from idler roller shaft positioning, shaft clamping, three consecutive feeds of the moving CNC head, tool change via the rotary tool table, shaft clamping and releasing, tool retraction via the rotary tool table, to the retraction of the moving CNC head.

Equipped with an automatic shaft storage and mounting bracket, this bracket, composed of mechanical components, a pneumatic system, and a program, solves the problem of ensuring continuity of subsequent processing during material loading for the idler roller shaft milling CNC automated machine tool, and also improves the processing cycle time of this station.
